How to order products on MOMO?

The online store MOMO gives you the opportunity to order products of your choice at your convenience. It’s very easy. Please, follow the steps below:

  • Register with MOMO and create your account
  • Get your access to your Internet Store
  • Follow the steps to help you navigate through the ordering process
  • When you are ready with your order, finalize it

 

When shall I receive the order confirmation?

When we receive your finalized order, our office will contact you to confirm your order and the time of delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail as well that will confirm when you are going to receive your goods.

 

Can I track my package?

It is possible to track your item online. To see the tracking number as well as the shipping status in MOMO.bg, please follow the steps:

  • Login with your password and e-mail
  • Locate the tracking number and the link to the curier Europath
  • Click the link to see your shipping status

 

How much does shipping and handling cost?

For deliveries in Bulgaria, a fixed shipping charge of 5 BGN will be added to your bill. We offer free shipping in Bulgaria for purchase of more than 60 BGN.

 

What is the shipping method?

MOMO partners with courier companies to ship your packages.

 

What is the delivery time of the products?

Estimated delivery time is 48 hours for major Bulgarian towns. It includes 1 day for processing. Shipping to small towns and villages may take 1 additional day. Business days for courier services include Monday – Saturday, excluding Sunday and holidays.

 

How can I pay my orders?

The main payment option is Collect on Delivery (COD) i.e. the courier company will collect payment for your shipment at the time of delivery. The courier will accept cash payment only. The service is available for packages shipped in Bulgaria only.In case, you collect your products from any of our stores and product-stalls (stands) you may pay your bill by cash.

 

What to do if there is a problem with shipping?

When you buy an item on MOMO, you can do so with confidence. If you have a problem with shipping, contact us immediately so we can help you work out the problem with the courier service. If you have a problem, we’re here to help you.

 

What to do if the order arrives damaged, or wrong item is shipped?

We recommend that you check your shipment during delivery. If you discover that the order arrived damaged, or wrong item was shipped, you may return it to the courier. If you have picked the item from our shop, we recommend that you return such items to the store. If you prefer to return the item by mail, please call us for special instruction.

 

What is your return policy?

Return or exchange your item up to 7 days from the original purchase date. The original receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges. If returning or exchanging an item in our store, a valid photo ID is also required. MOMO reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.

 

Are there items nonreturnable?

The following items are nonreturnable:

  • Opened products cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Consumable items such as food, drinks including food supplements.
  • Items that are damaged or abused.
  • When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Do you ship products destinations outside Bulgaria?

At present we do not ship destinations outside Bulgaria.
